Agreements
The FundedYouth Portal uses agreements to ensure all members understand the rules, responsibilities, and expectations before accessing certain features. Some agreements are required for all users, while others are tied to specific roles or subscriptions.
Required for All Users
Section titled “Required for All Users”These must be signed before you can access the portal:
General Use Agreement The main agreement for using the portal — account rules, privacy, community standards, and more.
Adult Terms of Service For users 18+ and parents/guardians — account responsibility, billing, data privacy.
Role-Specific Agreements
Section titled “Role-Specific Agreements”These are required when you take on a specific role:
Volunteer Agreement Required to access volunteer features — shift rules, credits, cancellation policy, code of conduct.
Student Agreement Required to access student features — progress tracking, dashboard, academic expectations.
Instructor Agreement Required for instructors — 2FA requirement, student data protection, professionalism standards.
Subscription & Other Agreements
Section titled “Subscription & Other Agreements” Subscription & Credit Plan Agreement Required for membership plans — credit system, sessions, cancellation and no-show policy.
Minor Unattended Onsite Release Waiver Parental authorization for minors to attend FundedYouth locations without a guardian present.
