Agreements
The FundedYouth Portal uses agreements to ensure all members understand the rules, responsibilities, and expectations before accessing certain features. Some agreements are required for all users, while others are tied to specific roles or subscriptions.
Required for All Users
Section titled “Required for All Users”These must be signed before you can access the portal:
Portal Member Agreement The main agreement for using the portal — account rules, the Student section, subscriptions, credits, sessions, privacy, and community standards.
Adult Terms of Service For users 18+ and parents/guardians — account responsibility, billing, data privacy.
Role-Specific Agreements
Section titled “Role-Specific Agreements”These are required when you take on a specific role:
Volunteer Agreement Required to access volunteer features — shift rules, credits, cancellation policy, code of conduct.
Instructor Agreement Required for instructors — 2FA requirement, student data protection, professionalism standards.
Other Agreements
Section titled “Other Agreements” Minor Unattended Onsite Release Waiver Parental authorization for minors to attend FundedYouth locations without a guardian present.
